Job Description
TRG Management, a premier property management company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance of the property, including installation and repair of electrical systems, and perform various preventative maintenance functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and work heavy equipment
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • EPA or CFC certification
