Job Description
The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of skilled, routine general preventative maintenance duties in the installation, repair, alteration, and modification of buildings, equipment, and facilities. Performs maintenance, repairs, and updates on various systems and equipment, and maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational training during high school and/or technical training beyond high school preferred
  • 5 years’ experience in building maintenance and/or education in building systems / repair work
  • Valid Driver’s License
