Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is looking for a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical integrity of their property. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • EPA HVAC certified
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
