Job Description
Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical integrity and appearance of the property by ensuring all buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Requirements

  • One-year prior experience in general maintenance
  • HVAC certification preferred
  • Multifamily (apartment) maintenance experience highly desired
  • Must be available for emergency on-call, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be customer-service oriented with the ability to interact professionally with residents
