Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Tech to join our team in Gorham, Maine. The Maintenance Technician performs a wide variety of maintenance activities to maintain and improve safety, appearance, and operation of Agency facilities and grounds.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to handle strenuous activity including heavy lifting (50 pounds)
  • General knowledge of computer-related tasks for job documentation as required
  • Ability to communicate professionally and politely
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and insurance that meets Agency standards
