Role OverviewMaintenance Technician will perform various maintenance tasks to ensure the health and safety of buildings and residents. The role requires previous experience as a Maintenance Technician and a high school diploma. The technician will work on-site, Monday to Friday, 8a to 5p, with rotating on-call shifts.
What You Will Do
Complete work orders within designated time frames, perform maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems, prepare and paint building surfaces, and maintain and repair locks and doors.

Requirements
- Previous working experience as a Maintenance Technician for 1 year
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- High school diploma
- Any additional relevant certification (HVAC, CMRP, etc.)
