Role OverviewUnder the direction of the Maintenance Manager, Divert’s Maintenance Technicians play a pivotal role as they drive operational efficiencies while championing our safety and culture initiatives. Our Maintenance Technicians work in our Integrated Food Processing and Renewable Natural Gas facilities, utilizing cutting edge technology to solve the food waste crisis.
What You Will Do
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on time on numerous types of equipment, diagnose and repair faults in machinery, electrical systems, and control systems, troubleshoot and repair feedstock processing equipment, waste-water treatment equipment, and coordinate and communicate downtime of equipment for planned maintenance operations.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who is comfortable operating equipment and repetitive tasks throughout their shift, has a strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting skills, and is able to help create structure and drive teams toward meeting business objectives utilizing standardized processes.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 1-3 years Industrial Maintenance, Fabrication
- 2 year Technical Degree, Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenace or related field, or Military background is a plus
- 1-3 years in a Leadership role is a plus
