Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
What You Will Do
Perform routine work orders, repairs and maintenance tasks, diagnose faults, and complete preventative maintenance and weekly/monthly inspections. Respond to resident work orders with a customer-first attitude and participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
