What You Will Do
Perform repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of property both interior and exterior, provide Class “A” customer service, and respond to work orders efficiently and professionally.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Maintenance Technician for a minimum of 1 year
- CFC Universal Certification
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Class A experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- Building automation systems experience
- Yardi experience
- Current driver's license without major violations
