Role Overview

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing building systems and production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role performs preventative maintenance, responds to work orders, and supports electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems.

What You Will Do

Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems, perform maintenance of electrical systems, assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems, maintain heating and plumbing systems, inspect alarm systems, maintain all production equipment, and clean organize maintenance shop.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
  • Ability to troubleshoot VFD and PLC systems
  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes, methods, tools, and equipment of the trade
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
  • Ability to read a tape measure and other precision measuring tools
  • Detailed knowledge of internal combustion engines and automotive components, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Strong mathematical aptitude
