Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent customer service skills, passion for delivering a high-quality product, and creating a positive team member and resident experience. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for managing and completing resident service requests, reading and receiving instruction from supervisor regarding cleaning and maintaining property, and planning work schedule to ensure adequate service for residents.

What You Will Do

Manage and complete resident service requests, read and receive instruction from supervisor, plan work schedule, efficiently complete daily tasks, manage quarterly preventive maintenance duties, assist Maintenance Supervisor with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, etc.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of handyman experience, painting experience, and prior apartment experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be customer centric, able to work independently and with a team, and have basic knowledge of technology.
