What You Will Do
Complete resident service requests, perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues, and maintain inventory, tools, and equipment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous maintenance experience; multifamily experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred
- CPO certification is a plus
- Basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
