Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to lead the maintenance operations of our 49-home community. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and keeping a community running at its best.
What You Will Do
Lead day-to-day maintenance operations for the community, complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment make-readies, respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls, and maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC experience
- EPA Type II or Universal certification strongly preferred
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to respond to after-hours/emergency maintenance needs
- Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
