Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at Roundhouse, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall health of the property. You will handle hands-on repairs across various systems, respond to work orders, and keep the property compliant with safety and health codes. You will also partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, approve purchases, and coordinate vendors.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling repairs, responding to work orders, walking the property to catch maintenance issues early, and keeping clear records of the work you do. You will also take turns in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation and pitch in on snow and ice removal.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year in general maintenance and repair work
• A working understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems
• Strong communication and a genuine customer-service mindset
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The physical capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long stretches, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software
