Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various community maintenance functions necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property. This includes handling service requests for residents, making improvements to vacant apartments, and representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
What You Will Do
Perform diverse maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repairs, and more. Respond promptly and courteously to service requests, and maintain a clean and well-maintained community environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of general maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record and auto insurance. They will also be able to work on-call rotations and respond to after-hours emergencies.

- CPO preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days
