Job Description
Role Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various community maintenance functions necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property. You will be responsible for handling service requests for residents and making improvements to vacant apartments to prepare them for market-ready status.

What You Will Do

Perform diverse maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repairs, and more. Respond promptly and courteously to service requests, ensuring resident satisfaction. Maintain a clean and well-maintained community environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years general maintenance experience
  • CPO preferred, or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
  • Valid driver's license along with good driving record and auto insurance
