Role OverviewThis position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
What You Will Do
Completes assigned work orders, performs preventative maintenance, completes the 'make-ready' process, and assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
