Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is fully accountable for completing residential work orders at our properties. This includes completing routine maintenance, heating, cooling, painting, carpentry, electricity, plumbing and more.
What You Will Do
Complete assigned service requests related to repairs and upkeep of properties in areas such as heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and other general repairs, recommending replacement or repair as necessary.
