Your main priorities will be caring for residents, providing customer service, keeping an eye on property details, staying proactive about maintenance repairs, and preparing apartments for move-in and turn-over.

Requirements
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Experience working on building maintenance
- Dependable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies and a valid drivers license
- Primary residency within 30 minutes of our property
- Ability to meet physical demands
