Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and physical asset of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Troubleshooting and solving mechanical issues, keeping the property operating smoothly, and ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of all service requests and repairs.
What You Will Do
Attend technical training programs, organize and prioritize service requests, inspect grounds and buildings daily, assist with turnkey operations, and maintain a superior customer service relationship.

Requirements
- High School education or equivalent
- Ability to fluently read and write English
- Accurately perform intermediate mathematical
- One to two years minimum experience in community management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- EPA certification Type I and II
- Pest Control certification (if performed in-house)
- Basic computer and Internet knowledge
