Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glade Valley, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance of the property, including grounds and physical plant. Your duties will include, but not limited to, performing routine repairs, maintenance, and preventive measures to ensure the facility is in good working condition.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED diploma
- Previous experience with a Skilled Nursing Facility, or Long Term Care Facility preferred
- A working understanding of physical plant repairs/preventive maintenance and grounds maintenance
- Valid driver's license
