What You Will Do
Perform routine preventative maintenance, strip, wax, and buff floors, move furniture and equipment, assist residents with moving needs, and assist with grounds care.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone with three to five years of painting/wallcovering experience in a residential setting, electrical and plumbing experience, and proficiency in the English language. You should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and be willing to be available for emergencies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to five years of painting/wallcovering experience in a residential setting
- Electrical and plumbing experience
- Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write, comprehend and communicate simple instructions
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
