Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician at Novipax, you will be responsible for ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements. You will also provide process troubleshooting as needed and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, identifying and resolving mechanical issues, and maintaining inventory levels. You will also be responsible for making minor repairs to equipment, operating Jib Cranes and Forklifts, and performing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- High school degree
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Ability to lift 20-75 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk short distances
- Ability to bend, crouch, and reach
- Ability to use precision measuring and testing instruments
- Ability to operate Jib Cranes and Forklifts
- Ability to perform minor welding, brazing, and cutting torch
- Ability to make minor repairs to building and equipment
