Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Symphony at Del Sur in San Diego, CA. As part of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence and curb appeal of the apartment community, delivering superior service to our residents, and supporting the maintenance team in all aspects of Property Management Maintenance to include upkeep, repairs, and turnovers.
What You Will Do
Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems, address resident service requests, oversee turnovers, maintain the community's curb appeal, and support a team-oriented culture.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry
- Ability to operate and maintain various hand tools and power equipment
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
