Role OverviewWe're looking for a Maintenance Technician to help maintain the facility and equipment. In this role, you'll troubleshoot equipment issues, perform repairs with minimal oversight, and support preventive maintenance activities.
What You Will Do
Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on both the interior and exterior of the facility. Use the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system to document repairs, preventive maintenance activities, and completed work orders.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years of related maintenance experience and/or training
- Experience performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment setup
- Ability to interpret blueprints and part drawings
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- Basic understanding of general building maintenance and equipment repair
- Experience using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple maintenance tasks
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
