Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician ensures the property community meets safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the organization.
What You Will Do
Respond to resident requests for maintenance, maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property, complete necessary repairs, and perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.

Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)
- Required to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner
- Trade School or Maintenance Training Program Preferred
- HVAC experience preferred but not required
- CPO preferred but not required
