Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for day-to-day maintenance, including grounds work, plumbing, minor electrical work, basic carpentry, and troubleshooting equipment.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot H.V.A.C and food service equipment, perform wall repair, Building Engine PM, painting, and seasonal snow removal.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of maintenance experience, knowledge of building trades, and physical abilities to lift heavy objects and climb stairs and ladders.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read printed labels and instructions
- Hoisting License Certification or basic training certification in Building Maintenance
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of building trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems
