Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for day-to-day maintenance, including grounds work, plumbing, minor electrical work, basic carpentry, troubleshooting H.V.A.C and food service equipment, wall repair, Building Engine PM, painting, special projects, and seasonal snow removal.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot H.V.A.C and food service equipment, perform wall repair, and participate in the Emergency on Call Rotation.
Why It Might Be a Fit

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read printed labels and instructions
- Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of building trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
