Role OverviewThe maintenance technician is responsible for building maintenance, including electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and landscaping. They must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions. The technician will inspect facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure safe operation and quality of work.
What You Will Do
Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC work to maintain buildings and equipment. Repair, modify, construct, fabricate, install, and maintain building structures and equipment. Inspect facilities, equipment, and systems to determine condition and safe operation.

Must possess a valid driver's license, be insurable by Eliada's insurance carriers, and be able to sit, walk, and stand for up to 8 hours indoor and outdoor with varying weather conditions.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in building maintenance
- Valid NC driver license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
