Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of the physical plant, exterior, and interior common areas, and individual resident units in the Community, in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include maintaining grounds, pool and spa, and individual resident units, as well as maintaining a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.

Requirements
- 6 months of experience in the building industry, maintenance, and/or housekeeping
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- excellent customer service skills
- strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
