Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring our bakery operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art bakery equipment while contributing to the production of premium artisan sourdough products that delight customers nationwide.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex bakery equipment, including both mechanical and electrical systems. Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs on all production equipment. Perform routine inspections and maintenance based on work orders and established PM schedules.

Requirements
- Certificate or diploma from an accredited trade school in a related technical field

- Strong troubleshooting and repair capabilities for electrical and mechanical systems
- Demonstrated ability to work with 3-phase electrical systems and motor controls
