Role OverviewWe are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner, perform apartment make-ready tasks, diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, identify and fix plumbing issues, maintain pool equipment, and assist with general property upkeep.

Requirements
- HVAC (A/C) certification required
- Pool certification preferred
- Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems
