Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all production equipment operates efficiently and safely. This position involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing various machinery and systems.
What You Will Do
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies for repairs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification in maintenance or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
