Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the overall maintenance and operational efficiency of the property. This position is responsible for routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the safety and functionality of all building systems.
What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspect and maintain mechanical systems, respond to guest service requests, conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair minor electrical and plumbing problems, and maintain safety systems.
