Role OverviewPeak Management is looking for a 'ROCKSTAR' Maintenance Technician to join their team at Eastgrove, a 650+ unit property in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers and have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
What You Will Do
This position requires on-call rotation, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. The successful candidate will be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces, and traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in various weather conditions.
