The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance and presentation.
What You Will Do
Perform daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community, including services for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.

Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
