Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the property in a safe, attractive and comfortable condition. This individual will maintain relationships with other service staff, residents and vendors. The role is part of a preventative maintenance plan and involves providing the highest level of customer service.
What You Will Do
Some key responsibilities will include preparing vacant apartment homes for occupancy, completing work orders in occupied homes, following preventive maintenance guidelines, maintaining property grounds, and handling HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance and other service requests.

Requirements
- Facilities Maintenance Background of 1-2 years highly preferred
- Valid Driver's License with auto insurance required
- EPA certification preferred
- CPO and/or experience with pools preferred
