Role OverviewJoin the ConcordRENTS Team as a Maintenance Technician. This role involves maintaining amenities and apartment home interiors, including preparing apartment homes for new residents and maintaining the condition of occupied apartments. The ideal candidate will have experience with painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry, as well as knowledge to identify and address landscaping deficiencies and irrigation repairs.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, responding to service requests, performing routine maintenance and repairs, completing apartment unit turns, and maintaining community grounds and common areas.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- EPA certification (either Universal or both Type I and Type II)
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Prefer over one year of experience
