Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or the Community Manager. The incumbent is expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism.
What You Will Do
Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment, inspect and repair apartment units, buildings, and common areas, maintain the grounds, troubleshoot and repair systems, and perform various tasks as requested by the supervisor.
