Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical property to enhance the value and protect the asset. This includes making vacant apartments ready for occupancy, assuring availability and maintaining an on-call status for emergency situations, and maintaining the grounds to standards.

The main day-to-day responsibilities include making vacant apartments ready for occupancy, completing service requests in a timely manner, maintaining the grounds, and ensuring that proper safety precautions are maintained on all equipment.
