Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled, resourceful, and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the daily operational integrity of a premier regional shopping destination. In this full-time, non-exempt role, you will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to execute advanced repairs, diagnose mechanical anomalies, and manage preventive maintenance programs across all core building systems.
What You Will Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for advanced technical maintenance and systems repair, core utilities and finishes upkeep, and preventive maintenance and tenant turnovers.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressive, hands-on commercial facilities maintenance experience.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Exceptional proficiency executing repairs across commercial electrical distribution, plumbing networks, mechanical HVAC systems, structural carpentry, and drywall/paint finishes.
- Active trade certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing are highly valued.
