Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of the physical plant, exterior, and interior common areas, and individual resident units in the Community, in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, and values. The job is located in the City of Roseville, CA, and is a full-time position.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards, and encouraging teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments. The Maintenance Technician will also assist with apartment turnovers, painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and maintain grounds including pool and spa if applicable.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prefer six (6) months of experience in the building industry, maintenance, and/or housekeeping
- Knowledge of building construction is helpful
- Must be able to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
