Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
What You Will Do
Perform routine work orders, repairs, and maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances. Diagnose faults, carry out preventative maintenance, and weekly/monthly inspections.
