What You Will Do
You will handle hands-on repairs, respond to work orders, walk the property to catch maintenance issues, and keep records of your work. You will also partner with the Maintenance Supervisor and take turns in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year in general maintenance and repair work
- Working understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long stretches, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software
