Role OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and maintenance of our facilities. This role ensures that all building systems, equipment, and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and operational.
What You Will Do
Perform preventative maintenance on all facilities and equipment, conduct daily property inspections, and perform repairs and maintenance related to various systems and equipment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and capable of working independently while supporting multiple departments as needed. Prior facilities or maintenance experience, trade school training or certifications, and experience in hospitality, clubs, or large properties are preferred.
Requirements
- Basic working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Physical ability to perform labor, including lifting and working outdoors
- Dependable attendance and professional attitude
- Willingness to respond to emergencies
