Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician plays a key role in providing residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities include general repairs, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, and record keeping.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Technician will perform general repairs to apartments and common areas, prepare vacant apartments, remove snow and trash, perform emergency repairs, clean, and perform landscaping. They will also order maintenance equipment and supplies, keep records, and accept deliveries.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, excellent customer service skills, and general computer knowledge. They should have experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns. Availability for on-call purposes and flexibility to work weekends is a plus.
