Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician will work with the property team to uphold the community's aesthetic and ensure a safe living environment for the residents. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Wellington, FL.

The primary responsibilities include ensuring the property is in pristine and safe condition, offering exceptional customer service, diagnosing and solving maintenance issues, and maintaining clean and safe surroundings.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Valid EPA Section 608 certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment
- HVAC certification is strongly preferred
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly
- Ability to ascend and descend ladders
- Ability to listen and react to sounds
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to use technology for reporting and communicating purposes
