Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician performs skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, and building systems. The primary emphasis for this position is the performance of a variety of maintenance tasks, with varying degrees of skill trades.
What You Will Do
Performs preventive maintenance tasks on all equipment, fabricates metal structures through cutting and welding, repairs and keeps physical structures maintained using hand tools and power tools, and observes safety precautions, rules, and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and/or associate's degree or equivalent from a technical college in a related field, 3+ years of previous maintenance experience, and basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
