What You Will Do
Perform general maintenance and repair work, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Requirements
- Three (3) years of general maintenance experience required, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or related trades.
- HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience strongly preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet-based systems.
- Strong knowledge of building equipment, building systems, and applicable building codes.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
