Role OverviewNorthland is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to complete maintenance service requests and work orders, including HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping items. This role will also complete apartments turnovers for scheduled move-ins in a timely manner while working safely and efficiently.
What You Will Do
Complete maintenance service requests and work orders, handle after-hours emergency calls, and be on-call as needed, including nights and weekends.
